Let’s discuss essential oils.
Diffusing essential oils have become somewhat of a daily routine for me now. Every morning and noon I use my oils to gently fragrance my house and set the mood.
My Art Naturals diffuser not only does its job at diffusing oils but, also doubles up as a speaker. So whilst diffusing my energizing oils in the morning (Orange/Peppermint/Tea Tree and Rosemary), I also like to stick on my morning upbeat playlist, to really get myself motivated for the day ahead, and then as the evening draws in and I reach for my more soothing essential oils (Frankincense, Lemongrass and Lavender), I pop on my evening playlist of calming and de-stressing music, light a few candles and float off to dreamland (watch Eastenders).
Essential Oil Uses
Essential Oils definitely have a lot more uses to them, then just scenting a room. As long as you are buying 100% Natural & Pure oils, to ensure the quality is the best it can be, then your opening a whole world of uses.
For example –
2 drops of Sweet Orange oil, 1 drop of Rosemary and 1 TBSP of raw honey massaged into the skin helps to brighten and nourish.
For a dry, flaky skin remedy use 8 drops of Frankincense oil, 14 drops of Lavender and 2 TBSP of shea butter.
You can even use them around the home as natural cleaning products. Soaking a cotton wool ball in Lemongrass and pooping it behind the toilet, helps to rid the bathroom of any unwanted lingering smells!

Diffusing On A Saturday Night
Most Of the time I like to make a cocktail of essential oils in my diffuser (don’t stop this party train!) which may seem excessive, but combining oils together can make for the prettiest aromas.
I’m currently using the Art Naturals Diffuser and Oils, which as I mentioned above works not only as a diffuser but also as a speaker, nightlight (oh yes, mood changing light!) AND clock/alarm.
Now time to stick on the party playlist and diffuse some Peppermint oil, for my wild Saturday night in, least I’ll be prepared for Sunday.
